Financial Hardship Assistance

On behalf of the team at Resimac, I appreciate your ongoing support during this unprecedented time. As the world continues to tackle the COVID-19 crisis, many of your clients may be feeling the impacts financially. We wish to provide you with some information about what action to take if your clients have concerns about their ability to meet the repayment obligations on their Resimac loan.

We are currently experiencing extremely high volumes of requests for financial assistance, and accordingly we are prioritising those with repayments due within the next ten days. We appreciate the stress and anxiety that the current situation is creating and wish to assure you we are working through requests as efficiently as we can.

In order to support your clients with financial hardship assistance, we kindly request your assistance in helping them provide us with a completed Hardship Application Form.

These can be emailed to hardship@resimac.co.nz and copy support@samkodi.co.nz so we can follow up for you.

Please be aware that they are unable to accept calls on their 0800 number at this time.

If your repayment is due on or before 4 April 2020, please include ‘URGENT‘ in the subject line.

If you have already contacted us, there’s no action required from you at this point — our team will be in touch soon.
