Experiencing financial difficulty

If you’re a personal banking customer and you’re experiencing financial difficulty – perhaps your work hours have been reduced, and you’re worried about how to pay your mortgage – get in touch as we have a range of options to help you.  You may be eligible for a home loan repayment deferral for up to six months, or ‘interest only’ payments for up to 12 months. Find out about hardship variations or call us on 0800 375 007,  Mon-Thu, 8am-7pm or Fridays 8am-5pm.

Please use the form below effective immediately and ensure you use this format to help our team process your requests as quickly as possible.
