Below is information on the support that is only available for COVID-19 impacted ASB customers. Please click on the link below to submit your ASB Financial Support Request.
Stance on E-Signatures and Video Conference Meetings:
ASB will accept the document being emailed from the applicant without the need for a physical signature.
The email from the applicant must contain the general declaration document and the email needs to state the applicant’s name. Where more than one applicant, the names of all applicants stating that they agree to all the terms within the general declaration need to be entered.
ASB will allow Video conferencing to ensure advisers can physically confirm clients ID. Face Time and Messenger are viable forms of video conferencing that will be accepted by ASB.

Government Support Package
The New Zealand Government has released a support package for employees and beneficiaries. The package includes leave and self-isolation support, wage subsidies for eligible employers and boosts to Government benefit payments. Check here to see whether you can benefit from the package.
